For more than a decade, Susie Cirilli has served as a trusted advisor to employers, employees, and other professionals to resolve their employment and labor-related matters, including hostile work environment claims and issues related to gender identity, sexual orientation discrimination, race discrimination, pregnancy, and disability.
Employers and other professionals seek her counsel from a variety of industries including higher education, technology, sports, and more. Susie regularly assists them with matters involving the American with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Title VII, and Title IX and important day-to-day matters such as employment agreements, employee handbooks, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and separation agreements. In addition, she advises employers on hiring and termination decisions, and workplace privacy issues.
Susie has also carved a niche in the women’s professional sports arena. She is a member of the Women in Soccer Network, is a frequent guest contributor to the Network’s blog, and has appeared on the Women’s Soccer Show Podcast. She is also frequently tapped by industry and legal publications on the local and national levels for her knowledge in women’s sports legal matters.
To better serve her clients, Susie regularly collaborates with other firm practice groups such as the Real Estate, Insurance, and Corporate Law Departments to ensure she meets all of her clients’ business-related needs. Finally, Susie also serves as external general counsel for companies and assists them in business-related matters.
