This will be an interactive presentation with a set of hypotheticals for participants to work through. Attendees will gain both an understanding of the nuances of NJ’s laws protecting employee’s off-duty use of cannabis and the interrelationship of those laws with an employer’s rights to maintain a productive and non-impaired workforce. We will be specifically focusing on practical ways to manage a workforce when drug-testing for cannabis is limited.
