Labor and Employment attorney Susie Cirilli has joined Flaster Greenberg as a shareholder in its Labor and Employment Practice Group. Cirilli will be headquartered in the firm’s Conshohocken, PA, office, primarily focusing her practice on representing and advising employers and employees on day-to-day employment matters, and resolving hostile work environment claims and issues related to gender identity discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, race discrimination, pregnancy, and disability. Cirilli will also spend significant time working out of the firm’s Philadelphia and New York City offices. Prior to joining the firm, Cirilli was a principal at Offit Kurman in Philadelphia.

“Susie’s extensive experience with handling complex employment matters and her outgoing personality make her an outstanding addition to the firm,” said Jordan LaVine, Co-Managing Shareholder at Flaster Greenberg. “We are always searching for experienced attorneys like Susie to join our team and are thrilled that she decided to continue growing her practice at Flaster Greenberg. Susie deepens our bench in this important practice area and our clients will find Susie to be a tremendous asset. We also look forward to being able to assist Susie’s substantial roster of existing clients in a variety of practice areas.”

Cirilli assists clients with matters involving the American with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Title VII and Title IX. She advises employers on hiring and termination decisions and represents them in fact-finding conferences and mediations before the Pennsylvania Human Rights Commission (PHRC) and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She also drafts and revises employment agreements, employee handbooks, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and separation agreements.

"I am extremely excited to join Flaster Greenberg,” said Cirilli. “Not only is the firm one of the top mid-sized firms in the area, but they are also providing me with a platform to be autonomous, grow my practice, and access a full range of services to better serve my clients.”

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Vermont, Cirilli received her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2012, and her B.S. in secondary education with a minor in special education and political science, summa cum laude, from the University of Vermont in 2009.
