Flaster Greenberg Expands Footprint and Bolsters Corporate/Tax Practice with the Addition of Shareholder David S. Neufeld

Flaster Greenberg PC is pleased to announce that attorney David S. Neufeld, formerly of The Law Office of David Neufeld, has joined the firm as a shareholder effective June 1, 2018, bringing with him a nationally known tax and estate practice and more than 30 years of legal experience. Neufeld’s addition enables Flaster Greenberg to further amplify its New Jersey footprint with the opening of an office in Princeton, increasing the firm’s presence to three offices within the state, seven overall, enabling our attorneys to more efficiently meet our clients’ needs in the Garden State.

Neufeld, who will work in Flaster Greenberg’s Cherry Hill, Princeton and soon-to-be Florida office locations, is a member of the firm’s Taxation, Trusts & Estates and Business and Corporate practice groups. He advises individuals, entrepreneurs and family offices on sophisticated wealth planning (encompassing income tax, estate tax, executive compensation, asset protection, insurance and investment planning) and fiduciary due diligence. He also advises insurance and wealth management institutions on programs, including "private placement life insurance" and captive insurance companies, that deliver cost-efficient risk mitigation along with tax-efficient investment opportunities. 

Admitted to practice law in Florida, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, he is a graduate of the New York Law School, cum laude, and received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. A frequent lecturer and author, he has written articles and addressed audiences around the world on the areas of his expertise, as well as having been featured in BusinessWeek, Medical Economics, The Wall Street Journal and CNBC, among others.
