Fletman and Gersh awarded favorable decision in trademark infringement case

Intellectual property litigators Abbe F. Fletman and Adam E. Gersh achieved a victory in federal court in Camden, NJ, on behalf of a New Jersey-based provider of payroll processing and HR information services technology.

Fletman and Gersh represented Primepoint, LLC, a family business based in Bordentown, against allegations of trademark infringement by PrimePay, Inc., a national company that also provides payroll services and operates more than 30 offices across the country.
