Marty M. Judge, shareholder in the Environmental Law Practice Group at Flaster Greenberg PC, will be part of a panel of experts presenting on behalf of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) at the upcoming Rebuilding New Jersey: Recovering in the Aftermath of Superstorm Sandy seminar on February 21, 2013 in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Superstorm Sandy caused unprecedented damage to New Jersey in October. Rebuilding has begun but the legal issues involved are far from over. This interactive program will tackle the issues that your clients are facing now, including: flood insurance and supply chain insurance; recovering for business interruption; valuation issues; the role of the public adjuster; environmental issues; and preparing for the future. Judge will personally present on the environmental issues component of the program.

Judge is a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, once representing the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, who now focuses his practice on environmental litigation, compliance and counseling in private practice.

The seminar will take place on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and has been approved for NJ, NY and PA CLE credits. For more information, or to register, click here.
