Marty Judge, shareholder in the Environmental Law Practice Group at Flaster Greenberg PC, has been tapped by Rutgers University to participate as a panelist at the “Working with Your LSRP” program. Judge will join some of New Jersey’s top environmental attorneys and industry representatives to discuss the practical and legal issues involving implementation of the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program in New Jersey. Neil Rivers, an LSRP and Senior Project Manager at Langan Engineering, will act as moderator.

This half-day program will address the most up-to-date information about the implementation of the new site remediation program. Attendees will learn the role and requirements of an LSRP and how it changes interaction among the remediating parties, attorneys, LSRPs, regulators and property owners.

Judge, who is a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey representing the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, focuses his practice on environmental litigation, compliance and counseling.

The program will take place on Wednesday, April 18 at 9:00 a.m. at the Cherry Hill Public Library Meeting Center, located at 1100 Kings Highway North in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. To register for the event, please click here or call 732.932.9271.
