FG's Marty Judge and John Koch Elected to Board of Directors of the NJSBA’s Environmental Law Section

Flaster Greenberg environmental law attorneys Marty M. Judge and John G. Koch were recently selected as members of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), Environmental Law Section for a three year term effective July 1, 2015.  They won election by a vote of their peers.  In this role, they will be responsible for promoting membership, planning educational programs and spearheading initiatives within the NJSBA.  This will be Judge’s second consecutive term and Koch’s first term on the Board.  Judge also previously served as Co-Chair of the Section.

Judge, who is a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey formerly representing the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, is chair of the firm’s Environmental and Real Estate Law Departments and focuses his practice on all facets of environmental litigation, and regulatory compliance and counseling. He is presently Counsel to and a member of the Executive Committee of the Justice Stewart G. Pollock Environmental Inn of Court.

Koch is a member of the Environmental Law, Insurance Law, and Litigation Departments. He concentrates his practice in environmental and insurance litigation in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. He also counsels clients in transactions and other matters concerning compliance with state and federal environmental laws and regulations. He is a member and past Chair of the Membership Committee of the Delaware Valley American Environmental Inn of Court.
