Trusts & Estates Shareholder Maylee Marsano has recently joined The Forum of Executive Women. The Forum is a prestigious organization of more than 600 women who hold the senior-most positions in the corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and public sector entities that drive our regional economy and community.
Membership will provide Marsano opportunities for participation in programming related to issues impacting women and the workplace, as well as networking with professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds.

In her practice, Marsano primarily works with individual clients and families on all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, inheritance, estate and gift tax issues, as well as working to minimize estate tax exposure. She works with her clients to develop an estate plan that fits their unique situations and to achieve their long-term planning goals.
Marsano is also a member of Flaster Greenberg’s Women’s Initiative and Women’s Advisory Group. The Initiative is a forum with the mission of promoting the firm’s women attorneys to the highest levels of business development, professional growth, and personal satisfaction. This program brings together women from across the firm to exchange ideas, foster internal relationships, expand business contacts, build leadership and rainmaking skills, and develop, expand, and manage client relationships. The Initiative also provides a place to raise the issues women face in the workplace, develop solutions, provide support, and strengthen their ability to achieve career success.
The Women's Advisory Group's mission is to provide a trusted circle of advisors to collaborate with female entrepreneurs in a way that is unique to women. Combining the personal experiences and legal acumen, this group is poised to provide strategic assistance to women business owners and C-Suite female executives with the myriad of legal issues they face.
