Mitch Cohen and Frank Riesenburger, Co-Chairs of Flaster Greenberg’s Alternative and Renewable Energy Industry Group, have been asked to speak and lead discussions at the Sustainability Symposium PA/NJ 2012, which will be held at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia on March 29th. Both attorneys spoke at the 2011 Symposium, of which Flaster Greenberg participated, sponsored and planned.

Now in its second year, this free half-day conference will attract public officials, university professors, students, and business and community leaders. The conference will explore the latest developments in sustainability and will focus on cutting edge technology, renewable energy and offer tips on green building, while demonstrating how the local community and state and federal government are leading by example with green energy initiatives.

Workshops are organized into five educational tracks (Technology/Energy/Green Building/Community and Resource Management) that will run concurrently during the day, for a total of 15 separate classes. The Symposium will conclude with remarks from Henry H. Chamberlain, president and chief operating officer of Building Owners and Management Association International, who will deliver the luncheon keynote address.
