Trusts & Estates Shareholder Maylee Marsano Joins Flaster Greenberg’s Conshohocken Office

Trusts and Estates attorney Maylee M. Marsano has joined Flaster Greenberg as a shareholder in its Business and Corporate Department. Marsano will be headquartered in the firm’s Conshohocken, PA, office, primarily focusing her practice on representing and advising individual clients and families through all aspects of trusts and estates planning, with an emphasis on asset and wealth preservation including the review and preparation of estate plans, creating trusts, and minimizing state and federal estate tax exposure. Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Marsano served as an in-house trust and estate counsel for a financial services firm.

Marsano currently serves on the Board of Trustees of GreeneTowne Montessori School and regularly participates in the Wills for Survivors and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance programs.

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Marsano earned her B.A. in Social Work, with honors, from Ohio University. She earned her J.D. and her LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University, Beasley School of Law.
