Flaster Greenberg PC, a full-service commercial law firm, is pleased to announce that it has been selected by NJBiz as one of the 2018 Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the small/medium-sized company category. The awards program, run by NJBiz and Best Companies Group, identifies, recognizes and honors the top 100 places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state's economy, workforce and businesses by focusing on their employees’ growth and quality of life.

Along with a full range of health, disability and life benefits, Flaster Greenberg offers a profit-sharing plan for all employees, tuition reimbursement, “Cake Day” and “Bagel Day” every month in recognition of employee birthdays and anniversaries, firm sponsored sporting events and outings, a full on-site gym facility, ‘Jeans Day’ on Fridays during the summer, two complimentary electric vehicle charging stations in the firm’s parking lot, and legal service benefits to its employees. The firm also sponsors several team-building events throughout the year, and bands together with its employees in donating to several local charities.

“Flaster Greenberg has a strong belief that its employees are critical to the success of our firm and our stellar representation of our clients, which is why we pride ourselves on establishing a healthy work environment driven by prosperity, happiness and well-being for all employees,” said Alan Zuckerman, Managing Shareholder of Flaster Greenberg. “We are honored to be named to the 2018 Best Places to Work in New Jersey list, and thank our staff for their support.”

This award marks the third time the firm has been featured as one of the top places to work by a New Jersey publication. Flaster Greenberg was previously listed as one of the Best Places to Work in South Jersey by South Jersey Biz magazine in 2017 and 2012. This year’s Best Places to Work in New Jersey recognition comes on the brink of the firm’s 45th anniversary.
