Flaster Greenberg shareholder Mitchell H. Kizner was unanimously selected as Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Environmental Law Section for a term commencing in May 2012. Kizner, who works in Flaster Greenberg's Cherry Hill and Vineland offices, has previously served as a Trustee, Treasurer and Vice-Chair to the Section and has been an active member in the Association for over 15 years. He will now serve as Chair for the 2012-2013 term.
A member of Flaster Greenberg's Environmental Practice Group, its Alternative and Renewable Energy Industry Group and General Counsel to the firm, Kizner focuses his practice on environmental and insurance litigation, compliance and counseling. He represents clients in environmental, insurance and other commercial matters as part of his active litigation and commercial law practice.
Kizner has served as Solicitor to the Cumberland County Vocational Board of Education since 1995 and served as Special Environmental Counsel to the Borough of Woodbine from 1991 until 2005. He is General Counsel to the Firm and is a Certified Civil Attorney.
