Flaster Greenberg is pleased to announce the addition of Shareholder Gary Lipkin and Associates Jack McGuire and Janki Patel to the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, further strengthening its capabilities in complex business disputes.

Gary Lipkin joins the firm as a shareholder, representing companies and individuals in complex corporate and commercial litigation matters. With more than 20 years of experience, Lipkin has developed a significant practice before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the nation’s pre-eminent business court, where he regularly handles high-stakes disputes involving corporate governance and fiduciary obligations.

Lipkin’s litigation practice encompasses shareholder class and derivative actions, merger and acquisition disputes, and matters involving alleged breaches of partnership and limited liability company agreements. He frequently represents clients in actions to interpret and enforce corporate bylaws and certificates of incorporation, as well as disputes concerning the composition of corporate boards.

In addition, Lipkin litigates business tort and breach of contract claims, trademark infringement matters, and employment-related disputes, including expedited proceedings involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. His practice also includes trust and estate litigation.

Beyond litigation, clients rely on Lipkin for strategic counsel on corporate governance matters, statutory compliance in corporate transactions, and issues arising under federal consumer protection laws.

Lipkin joined the firm in February 2026 and will be in the firm’s Delaware office.

Jack McGuire joins the firm as an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department, where he focuses on a broad range of complex litigation matters across all stages of the litigation process. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at a mid-sized Philadelphia litigation firm, where he drafted and argued dispositive and discovery motions, conducted depositions, and prepared multiple cases through jury selection. McGuire earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and his B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

McGuire joined the firm in March 2026 and will be in the firm’s Philadelphia, PA office.

Janki S. Patel joins the firm as an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department, where she focuses on a range of commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on complex employment disputes. She represents employers through all phases of litigation and brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to risk management and dispute resolution, with experience in legal research, drafting, and case strategy. Prior to joining the firm, Patel practiced at a prominent civil defense litigation firm, concentrating on professional liability and employment defense, and earlier gained experience supporting corporate and regulatory matters at a Philadelphia-based law firm. She earned her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and her B.A. in Communication from the University of California.

Patel joined the firm in March 2026 and will be based out of the firm’s Cherry Hill, NJ office.

The additions come as Flaster Greenberg continues to expand its litigation bench to meet growing client demand for sophisticated dispute resolution services.
