Jack T. McGuire

Jack T. McGuire focuses his practice on a broad range of complex litigation matters in all stages of litigation, from initial fact investigation and motion practice to trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Jack was an attorney at a mid-sized Philadelphia litigation law firm. His experience includes drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, conducting depositions, and preparing cases for trial. Jack has prepared multiple matters through jury selection.

Earlier in his career, Jack served as a judicial intern with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. In that role, he reviewed briefs and motions, analyzed corporate financials, and prepared research memoranda in connection with complex litigation and bankruptcy proceedings.

Jack earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he was a Scarpa Scholar and a highly accomplished member of the Trial Team, which achieved a top 10 national ranking. He received multiple individual honors in national trial advocacy competitions and founded the Scarpa Center Transactional Law Negotiation Team. He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, with additional concentrations in computing and public service.
