Flaster Greenberg PC has added a longtime solo practitioner as a shareholder in its Philadelphia office specializing in real estate and transactions.

Michael J. Stutman joins the Flaster Greenberg real estate and environmental law department as well as the business and corporate law department, the firm announced Tuesday. He previously ran his own firm for nine years. His transactions practice deals with advising businesses, property owners, investors, and developers on all aspects of commercial transactions including real estate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and joint ventures.

Stutman's real estate practice focuses on property acquisition, ownership, and operation including development and property management. He also represents clients in connection with commercial leases for retail, office, shopping centers, restaurants, and industrial space.

"After many years of practicing on my own, I am excited to work alongside Flaster Greenberg's dynamic team of talented business attorneys," Stutman said in a statement. "I will be able to continue to grow my practice and now be able to access a full range of services to better serve my clients and the firm's clients."
