Shareholder Michael J. Stutman has joined Flaster Greenberg as a business and real estate attorney in its Business & Corporate Law and Real Estate & Environmental Law Departments. He will be headquartered in the firm’s Philadelphia, PA office, primarily focusing his practice on advising businesses, property owners, investors, and developers on all aspects of commercial transactions including real estate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and joint ventures. Prior to joining the firm, Stutman was principal at Law Office of Michael J. Stutman, LLC.

As an integral part of his practice, Stutman regularly provides general business counseling to owners in transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions to sales and joint ventures, contracts, entity choice, financing transactions, and how to obtain grants, loans, and tax credits for real estate projects. His real estate practice focuses on property acquisition, ownership, and operation including development, vendor relationships, and property management He also represents clients in connection with commercial leases for retail, office, shopping centers, restaurants, and industrial space.

Stutman received his J.D. from Temple University – Beasley School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
