The New Jersey Builders Association will be holding a Legal "Hot Topics" Seminar to review some of the latest legal cases and decisions affecting development in NJ. Panelists will discuss the latest legal decisions affecting the housing industry in NJ including: an update on the affordable housing trials; “time of application” issues in Dunbar Homes, Inc. v. Franklin Township Zoning Board; the recent Avalon Princeton LLC v. Princeton decision affecting affordable housing deed restrictions; the recent Appellate Court decision concerning public notice in Paterson v. Combined Planning Board/Zoning Board of the Borough of Garwood; issues related to the use of alternative fill on construction sites; recent changes and updates from ASTM on forest and rural lands; and more.

NJ Attorneys earn 3.3 CLE credits (pending). Registration begins at 8:45 a.m., with the program scheduled to begin at 9:00. Continental breakfast will be served. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.
