Flaster Greenberg recently represented PHM Group, one of Europe's largest property management companies headquartered in Finland, in their strategic acquisition of Communitas, a prominent property management company operating in six U.S. states and the District of Columbia. This acquisition marks PHM Group's entry into the U.S. market, as part of their long-term expansion goals in the U.S.
The transaction, led by Shareholder Anne Madonia, involved a complex deal structure, cross-border tax-planning, extensive due diligence, tight deadlines and tireless efforts over two months to consummate closing.

The team worked tirelessly, managing multiple transactions simultaneously and addressing significant due diligence requirements for Rep and Warranty Insurance.
