Anthony Gruzdis, CIPP/US

Anthony Gruzdis, CIPP/US, focuses his practice on business and corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and private placements, corporate reorganizations, entity formation and governance, succession planning, and general contract review and drafting. He also supports clients with day-to-day legal matters, providing services typically associated with outside general counsel. As a Certified Information Privacy Professional, Anthony also helps businesses understand and comply with privacy laws and regulations.

Earlier in his career, he served as a paralegal and research assistant for a public policy research organization and participated in the filing of over 100 United States Supreme Court and federal appellate amicus briefs.
