Zoe A. Matherne is an attorney in Flaster Greenberg’s Business & Corporate Law Department. She focuses her practice on business and corporate transactions. This includes mergers and acquisitions, capital-raising transactions, corporate reorganizations, business formation and governance, succession planning, contract review and drafting, and other general business representation.
Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Zoe worked in the Philadelphia office of a sizable multinational law firm and as a Delaware law specialist at one of Delaware’s largest law firms.
Zoe received her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of Law and a B.A. in history and education from College of the Holy Cross. She is admitted in Delaware.
