Flaster Greenberg Welcomes Business and Corporate Law Attorney Zoe Matherne

Zoe A. Matherne has joined Flaster Greenberg as an associate in its Business and Corporate Law Department. Matherne will be headquartered in the firm’s Cherry Hill, NJ, office where she will focus her practice on business and corporate transactions. This includes mergers and acquisitions, capital-raising transactions, corporate reorganizations, business formation and governance, succession planning, contract review and drafting, and other general business representation.

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Matherne worked in the Philadelphia office of a sizable multinational law firm and as a Delaware law specialist at one of Delaware’s largest law firms.

Matherne is barred in Delaware, earned her bachelor’s degree from College of the Holy Cross, and her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of La. While in law school, Matherne served as the comments editor of the Dickinson Law Review and was philanthropy chair of the Women’s Law Caucus.
