Epstein is a member of Flaster Greenberg’s Litigation Department, where he represents corporate and individual clients in all aspects of litigation. Epstein's practice covers disputes relating to contracts, labor and employment, real estate, insurance, and environmental liability. He has substantial experience in pre-trial litigation in state and federal courts, and has represented clients in various agencies.
Josephy is a member of Flaster Greenberg’s Insurance Counseling and Recovery and Litigation Practice Groups focusing her practice on complex civil litigation and represents individual and business policyholders in insurance coverage litigation in both state and federal courts.
