Flaster Greenberg is pleased to announce the addition of Counsel Alexis K. Peskin and Counsel Danielle Py-Salas to the firm, further strengthening its corporate and real estate capabilities.

Alexis K. Peskin joins the firm’s Business and M&A Practice Group, where she focuses on corporate and commercial matters, bringing more than 15 years of in-house leadership experience and a practical, business-focused approach to deal structuring, risk management, and strategic growth. She has extensive experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements—including vendor, SaaS, intellectual property licensing, and strategic partnership agreements—and advises clients throughout the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence through post-closing integration.

Peskin also counsels executives on corporate governance, compliance, and data privacy matters, leveraging her experience working closely with business teams to deliver pragmatic, solutions-oriented advice.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Boston University School of Management. Peskin is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Danielle Py-Salas joins the firm’s Real Estate & Land Use Department, where she represents real estate investment firms, sponsors, developers, and corporate clients in complex commercial real estate transactions. She advises on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, and structured investments across a range of asset classes, including commercial, mixed-use, and affordable housing, and manages transactions through all stages from structuring and due diligence to closing and post-closing compliance.

Py-Salas has extensive experience drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, conducting title and survey review to mitigate risk, and advising lenders, servicers, and investors in structured finance and CMBS transactions. A licensed associate broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, she also brings an entrepreneurial perspective as the founder of a multi-state real estate development and brokerage platform, enhancing her ability to deliver strategic, commercially grounded counsel.

She earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and her B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in Spanish from Saint Joseph’s University. Py-Salas is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

“We are thrilled to welcome Alexis and Danielle to Flaster Greenberg,” said Steven Poulathas, Co-Managing Shareholder. “Their depth of experience and practical insight further strengthen our ability to serve clients across a range of sophisticated corporate and real estate matters. Their additions reflect our continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.”

The additions of Peskin and Py-Salas come during a period of continued expansion for the firm, as Flaster Greenberg grows its bench of experienced attorneys across key practice areas.
