Calderone, Abbe F. Fletman, and Jordan A. LaVine were recognized in the field of intellectual property, and Marty M. Judge was recognized in the field of environmental law. Lynda L. Calderone is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. She concentrates her practice in the chemical, chemical engineering, mechanical and business method areas, and serves a wide range of clients in U.S. and foreign patent prosecution and litigation, client counseling, opinions of counsel, drafting and negotiation of IP-related agreements, and IP due diligence. Her practice focuses on inventions in the polymer, elastomer, medical device, consumer product, nanotechnology and semiconductor industries. This is the fifth consecutive year Calderone has been recognized as a "Leader in the Field" in Pennsylvania for Intellectual Property.
Abbe F. Fletman is a member of the Intellectual Property and Litigation Departments and Government Relations Practice Group. She has successfully litigated significant patent, trademark, copyright and trade secrets cases. Marty M. Judge, who is a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey representing the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, is a shareholder in the firm’s Environmental Practice Group and focuses his practice on all facets of environmental litigation, and regulatory compliance and counseling. This is the first year Judge has been recognized as a “Leader in the Field” in New Jersey for Environmental Law.
Jordan A. LaVine is a member of the Intellectual Property Department.
