Flaster Greenberg's Jordan LaVine Named to “World Trademark Review 1000”

Jordan A. LaVine, shareholder and head of Flaster Greenberg’s Trademark and Copyright section, was named to the World Trademark Review 1000, published by IP Media Group, London, UK. The inaugural list cites the 1000 ‘leading trademark practitioners’ in the world. Mr. LaVine was cited by WTR 1000 as “an impressive young attorney.”  WTR 1000 is “the world’s only independent multimedia publication dedicated exclusively to reporting on trademark issues for in-house and private practitioners internationally.” 

Mr. LaVine concentrates his practice on trademark, copyright and unfair competition, strategic counseling, litigation, licensing and prosecution matters. He has been selected as a “Leader in the Field” in Pennsylvania for Intellectual Property by Chambers & Partners, 2008-2011; was ranked by Trademark Insider Magazine among the top 25 trademark lawyers in the U.S. in 2008; and has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer by Thomson-Reuters.  He is an adjunct professor at Villanova University School of Law, where he teaches a course on advanced trademark issues. He is a frequent guest lecturer at Fordham University School of Law.
