Tami Bogutz Steinberg is a seasoned corporate shareholder who represents entrepreneurs and closely held businesses, assisting companies across a wide range of industries, and with multiple diverse legal issues. Her practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, partnership and shareholder transactions, dispute resolutions, corporate governance and contracting, and private placements. She frequently functions as outside general counsel and provides legal advice, assistance and oversight regarding matters that include corporate, real estate, tax, labor, intellectual property and litigation. 

Eric R. Clendening is a member of Flaster Greenberg’s Intellectual Property and Litigation Departments. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation, including contract disputes, employment litigation, and other commercial disputes. He also advises clients on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights online, including the resolution of domain name disputes and matters concerning e-commerce, online speech and conduct, and related intellectual property issues involving trademarks and copyrights. 

Jeffrey A. Cohen is a shareholder and Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department where he counsels clients in complex litigation disputes and provides guidance to proactively address business formation and transaction issues. He has spent over 26 years helping clients anticipate, address and resolve the day-to-day challenges and pragmatic decisions facing today’s businesses. A trial lawyer by trait, Mr. Cohen works with businesses to ensure partnerships are intact as well as to identify potential risks and pitfalls associated with its evolution. He collaborates with a diverse range of clients in matters related to commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, trademarks, copyrights, patents, including Hatch-Waxman, insurance coverage, franchise disputes and commercial construction.
