Flaster Greenberg is pleased to announce that Lauren N. Schwimmer has joined the firm as an associate in the Business & Corporate and Aviation Law Departments.
Schwimmer works in Flaster Greenberg's Philadelphia and Cherry Hill offices and represents corporations, airports, individuals and financial institutions in a wide variety of matters. Her focus will be in corporate, transactional and M&A matters, but she has additional experience in the areas of aviation law, banking law, and bankruptcy.
Before joining Flaster Greenberg, Ms. Schwimmer worked as an associate at Weir & Partners LLP. She’s also been named a Pennsylvania “Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters, publishers of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine for the last four consecutive years.
Ms. Schwimmer earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.S.B.A in Business Administration and a B.S. in Recreation from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
