"We’re excited to welcome Ross, Bill, and Peter as new members of our Board of Directors,” said Jordan Lavine, Co-Managing Shareholder. “It’s a credit to our firm that leadership emerges at every stage -- Bill’s return to the Board reflects his continued commitment to the firm, Ross has been a deeply respected member of our IP practice since joining in 2020, and Peter’s election just months after joining speaks volumes about the caliber of people we attract and the reputation he has established within the firm in a short period of time. Their collective leadership and strategic vision will help guide our mission to deliver unparalleled legal services while navigating the complexities of an evolving legal landscape.”

Steve Poulathas, Co-Managing Shareholder, adds, "On behalf of the entire firm, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Harry Giacometti, Michael Bonella, and Adam Gersh as they rotate off Flaster Greenberg's Board of Directors. We are excited to continue working alongside them as they guide these critical areas of our practice."
