Jennifer regularly prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, guardianship applications, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and pre-nuptial agreements, providing practical, personalized guidance tailored to each client’s goals and long-term interests.

Jennifer has extensive experience representing high-net-worth individuals and families in complex estate planning matters, including the implementation of QPRTs, ILITs, IDGTs, dynasty trusts, and special needs trusts.
