Mariel J. Giletto

Mariel J. Giletto is a shareholder in Flaster Greenberg’s Business & Corporate Department and Commercial Transportation Practice. Acting as general counsel for more than 15 years to companies operating in transportation, logistics, and warehousing, including cold storage warehousing, Ms. Giletto works with clients of all sizes, from small, emerging organizations and multi-generational, family-owned businesses, to large, complex corporations.

Growing up in a family owned business, Ms. Giletto is intimately familiar with the challenges that family-owned businesses face and is equipped to help clients navigate those issues with both practical and legal advice. She regularly helps clients with corporate formation and governance, succession planning, and general day-to-day operations, including buy-sell agreements, warehouse leasing agreements, fleet leasing agreements, storage and distribution agreements, financing and refinancing, and acquisition and sales of businesses.
