Jeffrey Rizzo

Jeffrey J. Rizzo, Jr. is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on drafting complaints, motions, legal memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents for a variety of business and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a Center City Philadelphia boutique business law firm where he drafted legal documents, performed research and analysis, met with clients, and assisted with preparing for depositions, trials, and other court proceedings for a range of clients from individuals to global Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, and established corporations.

Jeffrey earned a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and graduated cum laude from Temple University Fox School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance.
