Nicole A. Josephy brings formidable expertise in insurance coverage litigation, representing policyholders in both state and federal courts. Serving clients in complex civil and construction-related defense matters, she is an integral member of both the Insurance Counseling & Recovery and the Litigation practice groups

Aakash K. Patel, Shareholder, Intellectual Property
Aakash K. Patel is a distinguished member of the Intellectual Property (IP) Department and the Patent Practice Group. With a rich background in electrical and computer engineering and practical experience at a Fortune 100 technology company, Patel handles IP litigation spanning AI, semiconductors, medical devices, and computer technologies. He has appeared before the Federal Circuit, U.S. International Trade Commission, and multiple U.S. district courts. In addition to litigation, Patel counsels clients on transactional matters, including freedom-to-operate and strategic portfolio management.
Patel was recently recognized by IAM Patent 1000 as a “Next Generation” attorney in Pennsylvania, a distinction reserved for exceptional rising talent in the IP space.
