Marty M. Judge, shareholder and chair of Flaster Greenberg PC’s Environmental Law and Real Estate and Land Use Departments, has been selected by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) to receive their inaugural Cornerstone Award, which recognizes members with a steadfast commitment to the NJBA and for their tireless participation in multiple areas of service.
Judge serves as a member of the Environmental Affairs committee of the NJBA. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Environmental Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is a longstanding member (and former Counsel to) the Honorable Stewart J. Pollock Environmental Law Inn of Court. He focuses his practice on all facets of environmental litigation, and environmental regulatory compliance and counseling. Judge is also a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey where he once represented the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
The Cornerstone Award will be presented to Judge during the NJBA’s Annual Industry Awards Luncheon, which will take place on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at The Stone Terrace by John Henry’s in Hamilton Township, New Jersey.
The NJBA Industry Awards Program was created more than 40 years ago to recognize outstanding accomplishments in the building industry.
