Flaster Greenberg announced today that Eric R. Clendening has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department. Clendening, who will work in Flaster Greenberg’s Cherry Hill office, will focus his practice on commercial litigation, including contract disputes, insurance coverage cases, employment litigation, and other commercial disputes. Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, he was an associate at Wade Clark Mulcahy in Philadelphia, PA.
Clendening earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, cum laude, in 2013 and received his B.A. from Cornell University, magna cum laude, with a double major in Honors American Studies and Italian Studies in 2010. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Western District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
