Flaster Greenberg PC is pleased to announce that Shareholder Tami Bogutz Steinberg has been named to the 2026 NJBIZ NJ Power Law List, recognizing influential attorneys who demonstrate exceptional leadership, legal skill, and impact on the New Jersey legal community.
Steinberg serves as Chair of Flaster Greenberg’s Business Transactions Department, which brings together eight practice areas, including Business & M&A, Real Estate, Tax, Environmental, Aviation, Healthcare, Bankruptcy, and Trusts & Estates. Prior to the firm’s strategic restructuring, she served as Chair of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Department and has also served as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
Steinberg’s recognition reflects a career defined by sophisticated transactional work, strategic leadership, and a commitment to advancing the legal profession. Throughout her career, she has played a leading role in some of the firm’s most significant mergers and acquisitions matters, including serving as lead counsel one one of the largest M&A matters in the firm's history which demonstrated the firm’s ability to successfully lead complex, high-value transactions alongside much larger firms.
“Being recognized on the NJBIZ NJ Power Law List is an honor,” said Steinberg. “I am grateful for the trust my colleagues and clients have placed in me throughout my career. I have been fortunate to help build a strong business law practice, mentor talented attorneys, and work alongside exceptional professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding results for our clients.”
As one of the firm’s leaders, Steinberg has also been a strong advocate for mentorship and professional development. As the first woman to lead one of Flaster Greenberg’s largest departments, she has helped pave the way for future generations of attorneys while fostering a culture focused on collaboration, opportunity, and excellence.
NJBIZ’s NJ Power Law List honors attorneys who are regarded as leaders in their fields and have demonstrated significant professional accomplishments, community involvement, and influence within the legal industry.
