Her practice includes representing policyholders in disputes under commercial general liability, property, fidelity, directors and officers, errors and omissions, and securities liability insurance policies.
Josephy represents insurers and businesses in insurance coverage disputes and commercial litigation matters. She assists clients in navigating complex coverage issues, analyzes policy obligations, and advocates for clients in state and federal courts throughout Florida.
