Flaster Greenberg is pleased to announce that Shareholder Meghan Moore has been selected to the 2026 Florida "Super Lawyers" list for Insurance Coverage, while Shareholder Nicole Josephy has been named a 2026 Florida Rising Star.

Moore focuses on helping companies secure insurance coverage for defense and protection when facing high stakes litigation. She also assists them in recovering property and business interruption benefits when they suffer catastrophic losses from natural disasters. Her practice includes representing policyholders in disputes under commercial general liability, property, fidelity, directors and officers, errors and omissions, and securities liability insurance policies.

Josephy represents insurers and businesses in insurance coverage disputes and commercial litigation matters. She assists clients in navigating complex coverage issues, analyzes policy obligations, and advocates for clients in state and federal courts throughout Florida.

Published annually by Super Lawyers, the distinction recognizes outstanding attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations. The Rising Stars list recognizes outstanding lawyers who are either 40 years old or younger or who have been in practice for 10 years or less. No more than five percent of attorneys in each state are selected as Super Lawyers, while no more than 2.5 percent are recognized as Rising Stars.

Flaster Greenberg's Insurance Counseling and Recovery attorneys represent insurers, policyholders, and businesses in complex insurance coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, and risk management matters. The firm's multidisciplinary team serves clients throughout Florida and across the country, providing strategic counsel on a broad range of commercial and insurance-related issues.
