Description
In today’s increasingly complex legal and financial environment, preserving wealth requires more than traditional estate planning. This informative seminar will explore a range of asset protection strategies designed to help individuals, business owners, and advisors safeguard assets from potential creditors, litigation, and unforeseen financial risks while supporting long-term estate planning goals.
Our presenters will discuss techniques including domestic asset protection trusts, the use of other types of irrevocable trusts, limited liability companies (LLCs), single-purpose entities, and proper asset titling. Attendees will also gain insight into judgment creditor execution protection, fraudulent (voidable) transfer considerations, as well as state and federal debtor and bankruptcy exemptions.
The program will also address asset protection opportunities involving life insurance, qualified retirement plans, inherited IRAs. Through real-world examples and practical guidance, participants will learn how to evaluate and implement effective asset protection strategies based on their specific needs and objectives.
