Craig M. Wolfe serves as Chief Financial Officer of Flaster Greenberg, where he oversees the firm's financial operations and works closely with firm leadership to support its strategic growth and long-term financial objectives. He is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, accounting operations, payroll, billing, collections, treasury functions, and internal financial controls. Craig also leads the firm's financial planning and analysis initiatives, providing data-driven insights that help guide operational and business decisions.
With more than 30 years of accounting and financial management experience, Craig has spent much of his career in the legal industry, leading finance departments for prominent regional and national law firms. His experience includes managing complex financial operations, implementing firmwide financial systems and process improvements, overseeing audits and regulatory compliance, and partnering with executive leadership to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. He has extensive experience with law firm accounting, including trust accounting, work-in-progress and accounts receivable management, partner compensation support, and financial reporting.
Throughout his career, Craig has successfully led the implementation of numerous financial technologies and automation initiatives designed to improve reporting, streamline workflows, and strengthen internal controls. Known for his collaborative leadership style and analytical approach, he works closely with attorneys, department leaders, and administrative teams to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities that support the firm's continued success.
Before joining Flaster Greenberg, Craig held senior financial leadership positions with several well-respected law firms in the Philadelphia region, including serving as Director of Financial Operations and Controller for a leading Am Law firm and Assistant Controller for another national law firm. Earlier in his career, he worked in public accounting and corporate finance, building a strong foundation in auditing, financial reporting, and operational management that continues to inform his strategic approach to law firm finance.
