Rick Gomez-Nieto is a paralegal in Flaster Greenberg’s Business & Corporate Department with more than 15 years of experience supporting legal teams in complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters.
With a strong understanding of corporate governance, contract law, and regulatory frameworks, Rick plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth execution of legal processes for the firm’s corporate clients.
Rick received a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies from St. John’s University in Jamaica, NY, and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix. He is proficient in a wide range of legal software tools.
