Rick Gomez-Nieto is a paralegal in Flaster Greenberg’s Business & Corporate Department with more than 15 years of experience supporting legal teams in complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters.
With a strong understanding of corporate governance, contract law, and regulatory frameworks, Rick plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth execution of legal processes for the firm’s corporate clients.
Rick is also bilingual in English and Spanish with experience supporting Latin American and European corporate structures. Rick received a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies from St. John’s University in Jamaica, NY, and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix. He is proficient in a wide range of legal software tools.
