Laura S. Lipschutz

Laura Lipschutz is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. She focuses her practice on domestic and international trademark, copyright, and unfair competitions matters, including developing brand strategies, trademark prosecution and maintenance, licensing, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings.

She routinely assists clients with brand protection, including litigation, UDRP domain name disputes, and DMCA copyright content enforcement. Laura also has cybersecurity and data security experience. In her practice, Laura represents corporate, small business, and individual clients in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Laura was an associate attorney at an AmLaw 100 firm headquartered in Philadelphia.

Laura earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her law degree from Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law. While in law school, Laura served as the editor in chief of the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs.
