Flaster Greenberg is pleased to welcome Kenneth R. Eiferman as a shareholder in its Intellectual Property Department and Patent Practice Group.

Eiferman has over two decades of experience in the field of intellectual property law, specializing in patent counseling, protection, and enforcement for companies of all sizes across various industries, including artificial intelligence, computer software and hardware, communications, cloud computing, content delivery, and electronic gaming.

Throughout his career, Eiferman has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by companies in the technology and digital sectors, and he leverages this knowledge to help clients safeguard their innovations.

Eiferman obtained his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Hofstra University.

Flaster Greenberg’s Intellectual Property Department has nearly doubled in size to 37 attorneys over the last three years. The addition of these attorneys continues the firm’s strategic growth and strengthens its breadth of technical and legal knowledge and experience to ensure that the firm can best serve its diverse client base.

This year Flaster Greenberg welcomed the following attorneys to its Intellectual Property Department Shareholder Peter T. Wakiyama, Lead of the Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy Practice Group; Shareholder Derek J. Brader; Counsel Mark Basanta, Associates Karina N. Calliste, Danielle C.
