Flaster Greenberg P.C. is pleased to announce that Jeffrey A. Cohen, a shareholder in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group and member of the Board of Directors, has been added to New Jersey’s statewide roster of court-approved civil mediators for Civil, General Equity, and Probate cases.

Cohen is now qualified under New Jersey Court Rule 1:40 to assist parties in resolving disputes through mediation, an alternative dispute resolution process that can help litigants reach mutually acceptable outcomes efficiently and cost effectively. His addition reflects his extensive legal experience and commitment to helping clients navigate complex disputes both inside and outside the courtroom.

"Jeff's addition to the roster of court-approved civil mediators is a testament to his exceptional legal judgment, professionalism, and ability to bring parties together to resolve challenging matters," said Steven Poulathas, co-managing shareholder. "His deep understanding of litigation and practical approach to dispute resolution make him particularly well suited for this important role."

A shareholder at Flaster Greenberg, Cohen represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters. Throughout his career, he has earned the trust of clients through strategic counsel, effective advocacy, and a focus on achieving practical solutions.

The New Jersey Judiciary's Civil Mediation Program promotes the resolution of disputes through qualified mediators who help parties explore settlement opportunities and avoid the time and expense often associated with prolonged litigation. As a member of the statewide roster, Cohen may serve as a mediator in eligible civil matters throughout New Jersey.
