Professionally, she focuses on helping companies secure insurance coverage for defense and protection when facing high stakes litigation. She also assists them in recovering property and business interruption benefits when they suffer catastrophic losses from natural disasters. Meghan’s practice includes representing policyholders in disputes under commercial general liability, property, fidelity, directors and officers, errors and omissions, and securities liability insurance policies.

Since 2021, she has secured more than $119 million in insurance benefits on behalf of clients.

Prior to 2021, Meghan recovered more than $70 million on behalf of businesses and individuals impacted by Hurricanes.

Meghan has secured bad faith verdicts against three insurance companies, including obtaining a $12.5 million punitive damage verdict against a commercial general liability insurance company for its improper handling of construction defect litigation against its insured.

While she is prepared to go to trial, Meghan approaches each case with the goal of making her clients whole at the least cost to them and has negotiated multi-million dollar settlements in class action and multi- district litigation.

Outside of the firm, she has served as a volunteer director and board chair of the Susan B. Anthony Recovery Center, and is presently a member of Pilots N Paws, where she uses her private pilot license to rescue and re-home animals in need.
