During the month of August, Flaster Greenberg's Women’s Initiative organized a firm-wide clothing collection in honor of Women’s Equality Day (August 26). The staff and attorneys donated women’s clothing including suits, dresses, jackets, and shoes to The Wardrobe in Philadelphia.
The Wardrobe’s mission is to break down the barriers people face due to clothing insecurity. They help clients build confidence, find motivation to continue their job search, learn key skills to obtain employment, transition off public welfare programs, and obtain financial independence.
