Robert Washburn to Present at NAHB Workshop

Robert M. Washburn, Of Counsel to Flaster Greenberg PC, General Counsel to the New Jersey Builders Association and a Professor of Law at the Rutgers-Camden School of Law, has been tapped by the National Association of Home Builders to present at the upcoming LANDS Roundtable and Workshop. 

This year's roundtable will feature a robust educational experience specifically designed to facilitate discussion and development of litigation experiences and strategies. This year's topics include: Redevelopment & Infill — Sea Change; Use of Technology in Land Use Hearings; Penn Central at Quarter Century Mark; New Jersey's Regulatory Waiver Program; and Ethics.

This two-day workshop will attract attorneys active in representing builders, property owners and home building associations, and who dedicate a substantial portion of their practice to land use and environmental issues.

The workshop will take place on April 5-6, 2013 at George Mason University Law School in Arlington, Virginia.
