Krishna Jani and Coraleine Kitt to Join PBI Cyberlaw Update

Krishna A. Jani and Coraleine J. Kitt, attorneys in the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice Group at Flaster Greenberg PC, have been selected by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) to participate as panelists at the 2022 Cyberlaw Update. 

Jani and Kitt will present the segment titled “Privacy In App Development: It's Just Good Business,” covering legal guidelines and best practices in the recent growth of telehealth, privacy protections, software solutions, HIPAA enforcement rules and compliance requirements.

Krishna A. Jani, CIPP/US, is a member of Flaster Greenberg’s Litigation Department and the firm's Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Law Practice Groups. She advises clients on matters related to regulatory compliance, data breach response, and crafting privacy-by-design policies. In 2020, Jani became a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Coraleine J. Kitt, CIPP/US is a member of Flaster Greenberg’s Intellectual Property Department and Patent Practice Group. Her technical experience lies in optics, nanotechnology, biomaterials, biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, and endoscopic devices. She has worked on matters for clients in the medical devices, network communications, land and marine vehicular navigation, thermal imaging, and chemical processing industries. In 2021, Kitt became a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

The seminar will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022 via remote live webcast and has been approved for six PA/NJ CLE credits.
