Flaster Greenberg shareholder Mitchell H. Kizner was unanimously elected an officer of the New Jersey Bar Association, Environmental Law Section. Mr. Kizner, who works in Flaster Greenberg's Cherry Hill and Vineland offices, has previously served as a Trustee to the Section. He will now serve as Treasurer for the 2010-2011 term, and is in line to become Chairperson of the Section in several years.
A member of Flaster Greenberg's Environmental Practice Group, its Alternative and Renewable Energy Group and General Counsel to the firm, Mr. Kizner focuses his practice on environmental and insurance litigation, compliance and counseling. He represents clients in environmental, insurance and other commercial matters as part of his active litigation and commercial law practice.
Mr. Kizner has served as solicitor to the Cumberland County Vocational Board of Education since 1995 and served as special environmental counsel to the Borough of Woodbine from 1991 until 2005.
