Join Flaster Greenberg on July 2, 2013 at 12 p.m. EDT to watch via web stream distinguished legal scholars examine the significant rulings of the Supreme Court's 2012 - 2013 term, including decisions on affirmative action, voting rights, and marriage equality. The event, to be held at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, will be streamed live across the country from this site and has been approved for 1.5 CLE credits.

The distinguished panel selected to review the most recent landmark decisions of the Court include: Erwin Chemerinsky, Founding Dean and Distinguished Professor of Law at University of California, Irvine School of Law; Lyle Denniston, The National Constitution Center’s Advisor on Constitutional Literacy and a writer for SCOTUSBlog; Frederick Lawrence, President of Brandeis University and past Dean of the George Washington University Law School; and Jeffrey Rosen, President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Constitution Center.

In addition to the usual review of the Supreme Court's most important cases, this year’s panelists will analyze how Supreme Court jurisprudence has evolved on the religion and free speech clauses of the First Amendment, issues central to the Anti-Defamation League’s (ADL) mission. This event is presented as part of the ADL’s Centennial celebration and the National Constitution Center's 10th anniversary programming.

The ADL is one of the nation’s premier civil rights/human relations agencies fighting anti-semitism and all forms of bigotry, defending democratic ideals and protecting civil rights for all. Most recently, the ADLs Regional office based in Philadelphia assumed responsibility for serving Southern New Jersey, including Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Atlantic and Cape May counties.
