Doug Stanger to Speak at the CCBA’s Practice Tips for Bankruptcy Law Seminar

Douglas Stanger, Shareholder at Flaster Greenberg PC, has been tapped by the Camden County Bar Association (CCBA) to participate as a panelist at their October 23rd bankruptcy law seminar. He will join a panel of experts in bankruptcy law, which include: Carrie J. Boyle, Esq., McDowell Posternock Law, PC; Howard J. Schmidt, Esq., Staff Attorney for Albert Russo, Chapter 13 Trustee; and William G. Wright, Esq., Capehart Scatchard.

The panel discussion, entitled “Practice Tips for Bankruptcy Law,” will review practice tips for bankruptcy cases and highlight topics including: Pointers from the Chapter 13 Trustee; dealing with Chapter 7 Trustees; developments in Mediation/ADR programs in bankruptcy; making and protecting the record in bankruptcy cases; service and subpoena practice; reaffirmation agreements; New Jersey’s Abandoned Properties Foreclosure Statute; and developments in foreclosure practice.

Stanger concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, condominium, corporate, general business, property tax and real estate law. He serves on the United States Department of Justice Panel of Trustees and is an approved mediator for the Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Stanger’s substantial experience in bankruptcy includes representation of debtors and creditors. His real estate practice includes representation of individuals and developers in complex transactions, condominiums and real estate tax appeals. He also represents medical practice groups on corporate and business matters.
